Do the simplest things that could possibly work, because it will bring you the biggest joy. We don’t need to research much in internet, even we don’t really need to go to the doctor when we are feeling a bit down or sick. We don’t realize that sometimes we could avoid many of our problems just paying a little bit of attention and enjoying what mother nature is offering us. Because it's really everything we could desire, we just need to open the eyes and embrace it.

  1. Sunshine

While too much of the sun’s warm rays can be harmful to your skin, the right balance can have lots of mood lifting benefits. The summer months are for being outside and enjoy the sun. But don’t forget use sunscreen, like that famous speech it’s extra important when we’re travelling in the mountains and near water.  Besides, adding a little sunshine to your life by getting outside more can relieve anxiety and reduce depression

  1. Rest

"There is no such thing as over-training, but under-resting."  Are you resting enough or having enough sleep? In a fast-paced world that boasts a 24-hour news cycle and offers "connection" through social media at any time, most people feel like they are just trying to keep up. Sara Mednick, author of Take A Nap, Change Your Life, led the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine study. In her TedX talk, she said, “We need to rest. We need to take more breaks. Because, you see, taking breaks is actually part of life. It's part of being active, it's part of being productive and having endurance, it's part of being creative, it's part of being happy."

  1. Water

You don’t need to medicate, you just really need to drink more water, hydrate! You have been told this many times, but still you find yourself don’t drinking enough. Try to remember well the benefits so you can do it often. Increases energy and relieves fatigue; promote weight loss; flushes out toxins; improves skin complexion; maintains regularity; natural headache remedy; puts you in a good mood; prevents cramps and sprains; and its free!

Are you getting enough? Nowadays people often tend to forget about the importance of spending time outside and underestimate the health benefits of spending time outdoors. Sunlight and fresh air can help you avoid or shorten respiratory infections, reliably disinfect linens and fabrics, synthesize needed vitamin D, control cholesterol levels, and regulate mood.

     5. Diet

What we are what we eat, our bodies are literally manufactured out of the food we consume. That's why what we put in them is of utmost importance — and why "clean food" is an urgent priority and "junk" food is neither cute nor innocuous. In short, our bodies are only as clean as the food we feed them. By eating clean, you can control your weight permanently without feeling deprived or hungry or having constant cravings.

    6. Exercise

We all already know that exercise is good for our heart, for our weight loss and definitely helps you to lower your risk of disease. But you wouldn’t probably know about exercise is that your memory skills will be improved; you will have a much better quality bed time; walking or light cycling can boost your mood; you will probably feel less irritated or stressed.

All these things will lead to love yourself more, feeling more confident and comfortable in your own skin.
